BJP's Amit Malviya sues RSS member in Rs 10 cr defamation case

Bharatiya Janata Party IT Cell chief Amit Malviya slapped a defamation notice on Santanu Sinha for making loose, slanderous comments & fabricated charges of sexual misconduct against him on an FB post. In a social media post, RSS member Santanu Sinha accused Malviya of sexually harassing women while he was staying in West Bengal. Congress jumped into the issue and sought the BJP's immediate action against Malviya.
