Blackstone backed Ventive Hospitality IPO to open on December 20

The IPO, closing on 24 December, comprises a fresh issue of Equity Shares of face value of INR 1 each aggregating up to INR 1600 Crores. 75% of the net issue shall be allocated proportionately to QIB, 15% to non-institutional bidders and 10% to retail individual bidders. The Company in consultation with the BRLMs, may allocate up to 60 percent of the QIB Portion to Anchor Investors on a discretionary basis per the SEBI ICDR Regulations.
