Bombay HC Directs Octogenarian Stan Swamy’s Health Check-up at JJ Hospital

The Bombay High Court Wednesday directed the Taloja jail authorities to admit octogenarian Father Stan Swamy, an accused in the Bhima Koregaon case, to JJ hospital tomorrow at 12 noon for medical examination.
A vacation bench comprising Justices SJ Kathawalla and Surendra Tavade passed the order to this effect while hearing a bail plea filed by Swamy on medical grounds.
