Boryspil Airport plans to resume operations within a month

Ukraine’s largest airport, Boryspil International in Kyiv, is ready to resume flights within a month after the end of the war, airport Director General Oleksiy Dubrevskyy said. Boryspil continued to pay its staff two-thirds of their pre-war salaries and is keeping them employed ‘to ensure all certifications are up to date’ after learning from the Covid-19 pandemic that rehiring employees is a challenge in the short term. Dubrevskyy said he expects a post-war boom in flights to Ukraine.
