Cables worth Rs 12 lakh stolen from BSNL office in Ahmedabad

An officer with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) on Monday filed a complaint with Satellite police alleging that someone had stolen cables worth Rs 12 lakh from the BSNL office in Bimanagar on Satellite Road between November 15, 2022 and December 16, 2022. Siddharth Acharya, a junior telecom officer with BSNL, in his FIR with Satellite police said the cables were stored in an open space and the company was supposed to auction them off.
