Sai USA Inc has filed a lawsuit against Kapil Sharma for breach of contract from his 2015 tour of North America.
According to Amit Jaitly, a well-known promoter of shows in America, the case in point is that of six shows that Kapil Sharma signed and paid for in North America in 2015.
