China to see 25,000 Covid-related deaths, 3.7 million cases daily in January: Report

Covid-19 infections will reach their first peak in China on January 13, 2023, with 3.7 million cases a day while deaths are estimated to peak 10 days later at approximately 25,000 a day, according to UK-based research firm Airfinity. According to the company's predictive health analytics, toll since December will rise to 584,000 by the end of January and further increase to 1.7 million by the end of April.
