CM Bhagwant Mann seeks immediate transfer of Chandigarh to Punjab

Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann on Friday moved a resolution in the assembly seeking immediate transfer of Chandigarh to the state. The resolution has been moved against the Centre's decision to put Chandigarh under Central service rules.
In the past, the House has passed a number of resolutions urging the Central government to transfer Chandigarh to Punjab, he said.
