Cold wave grips state, mercury to dip below 15° Celsius in Hyderabad

Dry weather conditions will make a comeback in parts of Hyderabad and northern parts of  the state, where people living in the forest fringe areas are already grappling with biting cold. IMD said that minimum temperatures are likely to fall below 2 to 4 degree Celsius in parts of the state. Minimum temperatures are expected to be below 15 degree Celsius, according to the Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSPDS).
