Covid-19 patient dies outside the hospital as authorities welcome Bihar minister

A Covid-19 patient died outside a Patna hospital as the administration was busy welcoming Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey on Tuesday. The hospital allegedly refused to admit the patient at the time. 

The incident took place at the Nalanda Medical College and Hospital (NMCH), one of the biggest government hospitals in Bihar’s capital city.
