DC Jammu launches SWM Plan in Panchayat Palanwala

Deputy Commissioner Jammu Avny Lavasa today visited Panchayat Palanwala to launch Solid Waste Management Plan, besides distributing land passbooks among the farmers.

The DC emphasized upon the officers to sensitize people regarding waste segregation and household composting to reduce the environmental impact of garbage dumping and the creation of landfills.
