Delhi Court denies bail to Alt News co-founder

The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) of Patiala House Court of Delhi on Saturday dismissed the bail petition of Alt News co-founder Mohammed Zubair in a case related to an "objectionable tweet" against a Hindu deity.
The lawyer of Alt News co-founder expressed shock over a Delhi Police official "leaking" news to the media that the jailed accused was denied bail.
