Delhi High Court refuses to postpone CA exams; dismisses petition

The Delhi High Court refused to postpone the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) CA Inter, Final exams 2024 to June because of Lok Sabha elections. Justice C Hari Shankar expressed surprise over the request of candidates and said, “The mere fact that the candidates may face hardship in undertaking the exam cannot be a ground to derail the exam which is to be taken by approximately 4.26,000 aspirants.”
