Delhi sees coldest February day in 19 years this week

The maximum temperature in the national capital on Thursday dropped to 14.4 degrees Celsius, forcing Delhiites to experience the coldest day for February in 19 years.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), it was last on 1 February 2003 when the city had recorded a high of 14.3 degrees Celsius.
