Desi Rendition of Italian Dish, Surat Eatery Makes ‘Kulhad Pizza’

We all must have tried Kulhad Chai at least ones in our lives but has anyone seen a Pizza in a Kulhad? A shop in Gujarat’s Surat is seen selling its new ‘invention’ called ‘Kulhad Pizza’, in which the pizza filling is served with loads of melted cheese in a clay cup, which is called a Kulhad.

The video shows an employee of the eatery mixing together corn, tomatoes, cheese, chilli flakes and some sauces in a bowl, and then scooping the mixture into kulhad.
