There’s nothing more frustrating than dieting but not losing weight or meeting your health goals. No diet should be so restrictive as to interfere with your day-to-day life.

Unfortunately, just following a diet or weight loss plan doesn't automatically mean that you're losing fat; you also have to be in a calorie deficit.
