Durga Puja visarjan guidelines for Cuttack-Bhubaneswar

Durga Puja celebrations have come to an end. During Visarjan, there will be strict blocking and checking along with traffic curtailment across the cities. In Bhubaneswar, the Durga Puja visarjan will start from 3 pm tomorrow. The vehicular restrictions will be in place till 1 am or the end of the night. In Cuttack, strict traffic regulations have been imposed from 7 AM today and will remain applicable until the end of Visarjan processions on October 26.
