EC issues notification for Nagaland assembly polls

The Election Commission of India (ECI) on Tuesday issued the notification for election to the 14th Nagaland legislative assembly. Following the notification, the Nagaland governor called upon all the state's assembly constituencies to elect members to the legislative assembly, Nagaland chief electoral officer V Shashank Shekhar notified. The scrutiny of nominations will be done on February 8 and the last date for withdrawal of candidature is February 10.
