ED files supplementary chargesheet against Kejriwal, AAP

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed a supplementary chargesheet (prosecution complaint) at the Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi naming Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) as accused in connection with a money laundering case related to the excise policy case. Last week, during Manish Sisodia’s bail hearing in the Delhi High Court, ED informed that the AAP will also be made accused in the case and supplementary chargesheet.
