Fact check: Old video of water freezing in pipes viral as recent one

A video of ice coming out of a pipe is doing rounds on social media claiming that the video was taken recently in Rajasthan. Through a keyword search, the same video was found on YouTube on Dec 30, 2018. The video was also tweeted by Samaa TV dated January 1, 2019, where it was mentioned that the video is from the Khuzdar area of Balochistan in Pakistan. The location of the video could not be verified but the video has been on the internet since at least Dec 2018.
