The Finnish authorities permitted the closure of borders for Russian vacationers, International Minister Pekka Haavisto mentioned at a press convention following a cupboard assembly.
Because the minister clarified, the choice won’t have an effect on residents who will enter Finland for humanitarian causes. The decision came after a high-profile meeting that wanted to restrict Russian movements.
