After Khalistan flags were found at the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly entrance, an FIR was registered under sections 153-A, 153-B IPC, and section 3 of HP Open Places (Prevention of Disfigurement) Act, 1985.
Khalistan flags were found tied on the main gate, and slogans scrawled on the walls of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly complex.
