Former J&K minister sent to judicial custody till Dec 1

A CBI court on Saturday sent former Jammu and Kashmir minister Chaudhary Lal Singh to 14 days of judicial custody. He will be lodged in Jammu Central Jail, the court ordered. Singh was arrested by ED on November 8 in a money laundering investigation against the educational trust run by his wife and daughter. His wife and daughter are out on interim bail which was extended by the CBI court till November 30.
