Gautam Adani, Karan Adani join board of Ambuja Cement

In a major overhaul of the top management, business tycoon Gautam Adani and his son, Karan Adani, on Friday joined the board of Ambuja Cement, one of India's oldest cement makers.

The change of guard comes hours after Adani Group completed the acquisition of Ambuja Cements and its subsidiary ACC Ltd from Switzerland’s Holcim Group for $6.4 billion.
