Google to require FCA registration for crypto ads targeting the UK

Starting 15 January 2025, Google will require advertisements for digital asset exchanges and wallets in the United Kingdom to register with the country's financial services regulator. French regulator authorizes crypto operations for BPCE subsidiary France's financial markets regulator, Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), has given the green light to a cryptocurrency business operated by the French bank BPCE.
