Gopalpur Beach Fest from today

The five-day Gopalpur beach festival, which is all set to start on Saturday in the seaside town of Ganjam district, will be held under the surveillance of closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras. Around 32 CCTV cameras will be installed at strategic locations, while at least 15 platoons of forces deployed in the festival being held after a gap of two years. The beach festival could not be held in the last two years due to Covid-19 restrictions.
