Government not there to aid bad films: Gujarat high court

The Gujarat high court made pertinent remarks on Gujarati filmmakers' outlook towards the state government's subsidy policy, as Justice Nirzar Desai.
On Thursday told a litigating filmmaker that rather than expecting government aid, efforts should have been to improve film quality which would have guaranteed more viewers at theatres. The movie was rated 'D'.
