Govt gave 3 month time to smartphone manufacturers for 5G software updates

DoT held a meeting with smartphone companies. It is being told that the GOI has expressed displeasure over the delay in the 5G service.
The government has given an ultimatum, that they should provide the necessary 5G software update in all 5G smartphones within 3 months, otherwise, may have to face the consequences.
