Guwahati airport's ceiling collapses amid heavy rain

Part of the ceiling outside the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati, Assam, collapsed on Sunday following a sudden storm and corresponding heavy rainfall. No injuries were reported. However, the airport had to briefly halt its operations. Six flights were diverted to other destinations. A video showing a portion of the ceiling suddenly collapsing, with people and airport staff running to take cover has gone viral on social media.
