Happiest Minds IPO to open on September 7: Should you subscribe?

Happiest Minds Technologies, the digital IT and product engineering service provider, is set to open its Rs 702-crore maiden public offer for subscription on September 7, with a price band at Rs 165-166 per share.

The IPO consists of a fresh issue of Rs 110 crore and an offer for sale of 3,56,63,585 equity shares by promoter Ashok Soota and investor JP Morgan-backed private equity fund CMDB II. Majority of experts are bullish.
