Healthy and delicious broccoli cheese tikki recipe for the monsoon

Steam broccoli until it’s tender and finely chop them. In a bowl, add chopped broccoli, grated cheese, mashed potatoes, chopped green chilli and grated ginger. Add in the cumin powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix all ingredients well, and make small round tikkis and lightly coat each tikki with breadcrumbs. In a pan, heat oil and shallow fry the tikkis over medium heat until golden brown. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
