On August 22, 1994 – just a month after its incorporation – Jeff Bezos posted a job opening in his company. 

What has got people’s attention is a statement in the posting which mentions that the person should be able to do the designing in about ‘one-third the time that most competent people think possible'. Top-notch communication skills are also essential.
