How many times has Elon Musk promised that Tesla will come to India “next year”?

On Friday, Tesla Inc chief executive Elon Musk hinted that Tesla will be coming to India next year. This time around he said it will be “Next year for sure”.
In 2017, Musk revealed that Tesla was in talks with the Indian government requesting temporary relief on import penalties until a local factory is built. In 2018, he added that it is the challenging government regulations that are making the entry difficult.
