The Chinese social network has changed its general conditions of use in the United States. Users who wish to take legal action against the platform no longer have to go through arbitration – and they will only have one year, from the facts, to attack the social network. If TikTok has made these changes, it is because it expects a wave of litigation from users and public authorities, according to some lawyers.
