I&B Ministry blocks 10 Indian, 6 Pakistan-based YouTube channels

The Indian government on Monday imposed a ban on 16 YouTube channels, including 6 Pakistani channels. The channels have been accused of disseminating disinformation concerning India’s national security, foreign relations and public order.

Apart from the 16 YouTube channels, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting also barred a Facebook account from operating for indulging in a similar practice.
