I&B Ministry Twitter account hacked, restored after few minutes

The Twitter account of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting was compromised on Wednesday, January 12. The hackers renamed the account as 'Elon Musk' and started tweeting "great job".
The ministry, however, regained control of the account in some time, restored the profile picture and deleted the tweets posted by the hackers. The hackers even posted some malicious links from it.
