India have won the toss and opted to field. KL Rahul announced four changes; Suryakumar Yadav, Deepak Chahar, Prasidh Krishna, and Jayant Yadav coming in for Venkatesh Prasad, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, R Ashwin, and Shardul Thakur.
On the other hand, Temba Bavuma's South Africa have only made one change, with Dwaine Pretorious coming in for spinner Tabraiz Shamsi.
