India’s Wealthiest Woman, Roshni Nadar Malhotra is Chairperson Of HCL

The appointment of non-executive director Roshni Nadar Malhotra to the new role takes effect immediately. Shiv Nadar will continue to be HCL Tech’s managing director. At HCL Corporation, Roshni has been responsible for providing strategic guidance to the organisation.

She has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, USA, with a focus on Social Enterprise Management and Strategy. She has featured in “The World’s 100 Most Powerful Women” list released by Forbes from 2017 through 2019.
