India's tally crosses 300-mark, PM Narendra Modi chairs COVID-19 review meeting

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday (December 23) chaired a review meeting to assess the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. The government on Thursday in an advisory cautioned states to observe all precautions and don't let the guard down in view of the rise in Omicron variant cases.
The states have been advised to be vigilant and monitor case positivity, doubling rate, clusters of new cases across districts.
