Intense Heat Wave Hits Large Parts of India Early This Summer. What Does This Really Mean?

It is just March, but an intense heatwave has already gripped large parts of India. And, it is quite clear that this early summer in India is proof that this is the age of climate change and it can have severe implications for water security, said the Centre for Science and Environment.
