International flights to remain suspended till November 30

International passenger flights have been suspended again till November 30 in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation issued a circular, stating that international scheduled flights may be allowed on selected routes by the competent authority on a case-to-case basis.
So far, India has managed to form air bubble pacts with around 18 countries, including the United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, Bhutan, Kenya, and France.
