Jeep has added a new variant which brings a more attractive positioning for the 4x2 trim as now it gets an automatic gearbox. The new Compass 4x2 AT diesel brings the 9-speed automatic without the 4x4 configuration. Prices for the Jeep Compass 4x2 diesel automatic is Rs 23.99 lakh. The Compass range now starts from Rs 20.49 lakh. The automatic variant now reduces the entry point for the auto option as it is now more accessible by roughly 20 per cent or by 6 lakh.
