Kerala farmers to tour Israel from February 12 to 19

A team of 20 farmers from Kerala will tour Israel from February 12 to 19 as part of ‘farmer exposure tours’ planned by the State Agriculture Department. The Israel visit will be the first such tour under the ‘National and international agricultural technology exposure tours’ aimed at acquainting Kerala farmers with the latest global trends and technologies in farming. The team will tour important agricultural research centres, hi-tech farms, and agricultural industrial centres, during their visit to Israel.
