Obesity is the most common health complain we have been hearing from several people since decades. Now the big question is can a large waistline put a person at risk of diabetes and heart disease? The WHO states that a man’s waistline upper limit should not exceed 94 cm whereas a woman's waistline upper limit should not go beyond 80 cm.
