Maharashtra, Odisha Issues New Covid Guidelines: Physical Classes Suspended

Hours after the detection of 24 new cases of the Omicron variant of Covid-19 on Wednesday, Odisha Special Relief Commissioner Pradeep Kumar Jena announced the suspension of physical classes in schools across the State up to class 12.

Maharashtra government has decided to shut colleges and universities and return to online studies till February 15. The decision was taken considering a surge in Covid-19 cases.
