Maharashtra reported more than 8,000 new cases of COVID-19 for the fourth consecutive day on Saturday, besides 51 fatalities. The Vidarbha region, comprising the Nagpur division and the Amravati division, in Maharashtra is showing a concentrated spurt in the number of coronavirus cases for the past few days.
