A horrific crime shook the Egyptian streets after a student at the Faculty of Arts at Mansoura University slit the throat 21-year-old woman in front of hundreds of students and passers-by.
Nayera Ashraf, an Egyptian student, was killed by her colleague, whose name was not reported by any official source, using a knife in front of the university.
