Micro artist invents earthquake alert alarm

Micro artist Aripaka Ramesh, who has done his ITI in electronics, said his invention sets off an alarm when there is even the slightest tremor. It works on a battery with two pendulums, one detects seismic activity from 3 centimetres and the other senses seismic activity from 0.5 centimetres. The inventor said the pendulums work only on battery and not on direct power supply, as the voltage could fluctuate. Ramesh said if the government encourages, he can make more systems that can be helpful for society.
