Mitsubishi to invest Rs 300 crore in TVS Mobility unit

TVS Mobility has formed its second partnership with Mitsubishi Corp. TVS Mobility’s dealership business will be transferred to TVS Vehicles Mobility Solutions (TVS VMS), the new subsidiary. TVS Mobility currently has dealerships of Ashok Leyland in Kerala, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, Mahindra Trucks & Buses and Renault in Kerala, and Honda Cars India dealerships in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Telangana.
