The incident took place on Thursday afternoon - the victim Pintu Nissar, 30-year-old local hotel staff in Diva was rescued by the police and admitted to a local hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment for multiple injuries.
He saw standing near the road when a speeding truck passed him and was about to hit a child. He saved the child but netizens mistook him for a child lifter, instead.
